I ordered a bunch of flowers for my Granny in Belfast a couple of days ago (see details below). The flowers arrived on time and were beautiful.
My Granny is 94 and lives on her own. She was delighted with the flowers, and in particular with their delivery. The gentleman who delivered the flowers chatted to her, put the flowers in a vase and even made sure her radio was tuned in properly so she had something to listen to later on that day.

I am writing to say how impressed I am at your excellent service. I was let down by another flower company last minute today. I ordered some flowers with another company initially and had a last minute telephone call at 2:30pm from them this afternoon to say they wouldnt be delivered today. The flowers I ordered through you this afternoon were with my mother within 45 minutes of speaking to you.
