John - Office Manager
John has been in the floristry industry for over 25 years. As a fully qualified florist he is able to help with specific customer requirements and is always on hand to provide expert help and advice.
Another aspect of John's role in the business is product development. He works closely with our team of florists and web designer to ensure that product images are accurate.
On the busiest of days you will even find John in a van making deliveries!. |

Darren - All Things Internet
Darren is the person responsible for the development, marketing and security of our website. His early career was in the retail world, so he has a good feel for what customers want and hopefully brings this to the site. Clear concise information, easy navigation and an uncomplicated
order process are what he tries to achieve.
We keep him in a small office and feed him coffee and biscuits regularly throughout the day! |

Vivienne - Finance Manager
Vivienne deals with all the financial aspects of Flowers Same Day. Being given a small plastic cash register as a present when she was a child laid the foundation stone for a life in dealing with money and finance. If there is an invoice to pay Vivienne is the person who ensures it is paid on time. Her role must be very stressful, as when she is not at work she can often be found on the massage table at the local beauty parlour. |

Emma - Customer Service Manager
Emma has been a key member of the Flowers Same Day team since 2003.
Starting as a Telesales Order Processor she always had a customer comes first attitude and soon progressed to the role of Customer Care Manager. Now Emma's role is to ensure that
any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, fortunately problems are not common for us, so you will quite often speak to Emma if you place your order on the phone. |

Laura - Telephone Sales & Customer Services
Laura has been with Flowers Same Day since 2006 and has been one of our big success stories.
Her attitude to work and the rapport she generates with our customers is second to none. Laura deputises as head of customer care in Emmas absence. You could travel to the four corners of the earth and not find a nicer person! |

Nicola - Telephone Sales Processor
Nicola started at Flowers Same Day in 2007. Another of our telesales team that has great experience in a front line customer environment.
Famous for her "always smiling" attitude, Nicola keeps us all entertained during the day. Like all the rest of the staff, helping customers is always a pleasure and never a chore! |

Alison - Head Florist & Design Consultant
Alison joined the company from school. By the time she was 18 she was telling everyone what to do! She is the backbone of our retail shops and is responsible for floristry training & design, sales development & quality assurance, corporate & wedding events.
As part of her role Alison also co-ordinates daily flower deliveries from Holland and ensures all stocks received are fresh and on time - or else! |

Eunice - Senior Florist
Eunice has been a valuable employee for over 15 years and never had a day off through illness. She is very much a team player and nothing is ever a problem to her.
Working closely with Alison, some stunning items of floristry have been produced by Eunice. Long hours and sometimes cold conditions never take the smile from her face! |

Lorna - Senior Florist
Lorna is another long serving member of the team with over 15 years service. Her role oversees the floristry work room where high quality designs are produced to order.
Working to tight deadlines to ensure that orders are sent out with the drivers on time means that Lorna gets through a tremendous amount of work - but by 5.30 it is always complete! |

Laura started with the company back in 2005 as a trainee florist. Since then she has gone from strength to strength and produces beautiful arrangements.
Recently, Laura passed her Level 2 NVQ in Floristry. |

Claire joined us in 2007 as a trinee florist and even in the early days she showed all the signs that she had what it takes to become a first class floris.

Lisa-Marie - Retail Sales
Lisa-Maria is a face-to-face retail sales advisor in one of our busiest branches. She gives one-to-one customer advice on a wide range of floral and non-floral products.
Her high level of customer care make her very popular with our local customers and her maticulous retail housekeeping standards ensure that the store always looks in pristine condition. |
