To Charlotte My name is Brenda-Anne ,and I live in Los Angeles ,formerly from Watford Herts England . I flew with Pan Am for many years and was the Lax rep for them at the Lockerbie memorials back in 88 . I have always had the flowers done each year in memory of al our friends that were lost that terrible night ,and more recent years Amie Bone flowers has arranged it ,then in turn through you. This year our donations were more than usual ,so thought a plane would be a great idea . I cant thank you enough for doing such a GREAT job !!!! I just received the photos this morning ,and i just sat and cried .It is absolutely Beautiful !!! You have really done us especially proud this year -WONDERFUL!!!! The photos will be put into our local LAX magazine ,and then our World wide magazine for all former Pan Amers . We are a large group ,with many European and British girls who keep in touch and continue with charity work in the name of Pan Am which was by none the Worlds greatest airline !!! Quick note to say the flowers we ordered for a family funeral today are beautiful. Always a bit of a worry when ordering on-line however the arrangement was outstanding and will certainly use your service again and recommend to others.

Dear Emma and all at Flowers Same Day This is the second time I have ordered flowers from you, the first being to my cousin in West Cork in Southern Ireland on her 70th Birthday and the second to my niece in Berkshire on her Birthday. We seldom give praise, it's more the norm to complain, so I wanted to thank you for your excellent service! My cousin was delighted, when a man in a van, drove up to her bungalow in rural Ireland, with a beautiful bouquet and proceeded to sing to her!! I didn't see mention of that service on your website! I would just like to say thank you to your team for your exemplary service. I ordered a hand-tied bouquet (pastel pinks) today for my husband's Grandma's birthday and she was absolutely delighted with them. To be perfectly honest I wasn't sure what to expect as sometimes quality is reduced by fast service but this certainly isn't the case here.
