Customer service is very important to us and we endeavour to deal with all enquiries quickly and efficiently.

Our target is to respond to all email enquiries within 60 minutes (during office hours) and for those who prefer to contact us by telephone, we don't use a multiple choice system either, your call should be answered straight away.

If you are enquiring outside office hours we we get back to you as soon as the office re-opens.
